The III Stolypin Forum: 'The Immune System of the World Economy' featured a panel discussion on 'The Trust Environment as an Engine of Health Industry Development', supported by Grand Capital Group. The discussion presented the experience of European countries and analysed Russian practices in the field of tax administration, including the experience of tax incentives for companies in the pharmaceutical sector to increase private investment in innovation. Bank Saint Petersburg's Moscow branch and pharmaceutical distributor FC Grand Capital have entered into a cooperation agreement. The agreement provides for the provision of RUB 1 billion in financing by Bank Saint Petersburg. The loan funds are provided to finance the current activities of FC Capital Grand, which are aimed at developing the Russian pharmaceutical market.
